Please bring your own primary antibody, our company can provide some secondary antibodies as appropriate, our current secondary antibodies are anti-rabbit (Rabbit), anti-mouse (mouse), anti-sheep (sheep).

Antibodies need to be validated (validation includes WB, immunofluorescence validation, minimum WB validation to ensure antibody specificity. Preferably both WB and immunofluorescence validation).

Before the official test shoot, you need to provide WB pictures and immunofluorescence pictures (at least one copy is required) to verify the specificity of the antibody, as well as your own experimental steps to do immunofluorescence staining for reference, so that we can optimize the experimental method.

If you have matching primary and secondary antibodies, you can dye by yourself, and send the sample to our company at low temperature after staining, and we will take a test shot. However, WB pictures and immunofluorescence pictures of antibody verification specificity need to be provided before the official test shoot.
